“No hot water case the hot water heater broke and Noone told us also kids all night and morning running up and down the halls !!!!!! Never again stau at one of these properties again !!!!!!!!!”

“When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. ”

“Beautiful little cabin. Quiet and serene, peaceful location. Was busy with family in nearby towns. Wish I would have had more time to "veg" out at the cabin. Perfect get-a-way, take a good book and a bottle of wine. ”

The bathroom, in particular, did not feel clean or inviting, which made it uncomfortable to shower or even brush my teeth. The sofas appeared heavily soiled and would benefit from either deep cleaning or replacement. Updating the furniture — even……

“Cabin was very comfortable loved all the bears just made me smile!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch having coffee. Great place to relax with my sister close to the trail we went bike riding. Would definitely stay there again ”

“local was excellent, could have use more towels for a five-night stay. only two towels, two wash clothes and two hand towels. would love to have sink in kitchen. very beautiful place. I took picture and showed to family. yes, I will stay again. ”

“The pet arrangement was very good. A park was 1 block away. We had to contact the host & the problem was solved within a short time. We felt very safe in the unit. We would stay here again. Excellent & the best in furniture & decor. Loved the chocolates on the pillows. ”

“My sister and I return to the River House every fall. The hosts, David & Betsy, are wonderful. A large rain storm came the day of our scheduled departure and we requested an extension to our reservation. They generously agreed and made the extra night complimentary. This year we saw four eagles fishing on the river. Emlenton is a cute, quiet town with everything a visitor needs. Great stay!!!”
